Decision Support System for Determining the Best Final Project Supervisor of Informatics Engineering Study Program Stmik Palangkaraya Using Simple Additive Weighting Method, Supervisor I Veny Cahya Hardita, M.Kom and Supervisor II Amaya Andri Damaini S.Kom., M.T. The problem in this study is how to use the decision support system application in determining the best final project supervisor and how to apply the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method for the Decision Support System for determining the Best Final Project Supervisor of the STMIK Palangkaraya Informatics Engineering Study Program. The data collection methods in this study are interviews, documentation, and literature studies. The type of research used in this study is reasearh & depelopment (R&D) to design the design of the system process made using UML, then the trial of the system using black box testing, the results of this study have been successfully implemented into a system and test system using black box testing as expected. The result of this study is a Decision Support System for Determining the Best Final Project Supervisor of the Stmik Palangkaraya Informatics Engineering Study Program Using the Simple Additive Weighting Method. The results provided by this system are more accurate because based on the results of multiplication and matrix addition normalized with weights, This system can simplify and speed up calculations because users no longer need to do literacy calculations manually by determining the minimum and maximum values, users only need to input data criteria, supervisor 1, and supervisor data 2 then the system will provide calculation results with the SAW method automatically.

In the process of assessing or evaluating achievements or work that shows the results of these achievements, they often discuss a separate problem for the company where the employee is concerned, especially at PT. Kereng Pangi Perdana. At this time to determine the level of employee achievement and classify the results, the company often only uses the process of using manual calculations using Microsoft Excel without a clear method and site, so the results are not optimal. Because of these problems, we need a system with a special method that can handle these problems so that the process of making and grouping employees with the level of achievement achieved is appropriate and maximal. This research uses agile research method (software development method) with the concept of a system model using the Scrum Model and the development of data collection observations, documentation and literature studies. Cluster model using the concept of Fuzzy C-Means as a method of grouping. The application of the Fuzzy C-Means Method can be used to classify data such as employee achievement levels based on Communication, Personality, Social, Professional, Attendance, Discipline, Craft and IQ (intellectual). This research was conducted to build a site that can be used to carry out the achievement process. The results of the process and system testing carried out obtained results of 88.89% in determining outstanding employees against 90 data for 6 periods of active working period of employees of PT.
